GF Alaska (GFAlaska.com) is built to be the definitive resource for living, eating, shopping, traveling, and finding gluten-free food anywhere in Alaska—from Southeast cruise ports to the Arctic coast.

National directories often treat Alaska as an afterthought or lump Anchorage together with remote road systems. We organize gluten-free intelligence around Alaska's unique geography: long highway corridors with zero services, seasonal tourist operations, dedicated vs. shared seafood fryers, and remote grocery logistics.

The Medical & Safety Philosophy

We strictly follow permanent data safety rules:

  2. Never infer kitchen procedures: A menu stating "GF bun available" does not imply a dedicated toaster or dedicated fryer. We verify and record equipment explicitly.
  3. Display verification freshness: Every high-risk safety point carries a timestamp and verification source.
